I also want to know how can we translate the error message that comes in english to french when there is a error in the card or field any one there can answer it

The language that is shown in those fields can not be changed by you (since this is located on Square’s servers, and not your site). However, note that the language that your customers see, will depend on their language settings.

For example, if the language of their OS is set to French, they will see “Numéro de Carte” instead of “Card Number“.

    Hello @rahul01254,

Sorry for the late reply, we’ve been experiencing a high volume of tickets recently.

I was able to find these strings using Loco Translate.

Make sure to search for them in the WooCommerce Square file, not WooCommerce.

More information about translating WooCommerce can be found at https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/

Let us know how it goes!

HI there are no similar strings in the loco translate for the woocommerce square plugin i think you do not see my attached screeshot the strings i mentioned there are not in the square i check them all you gave me wrong screenshot . It say the Credit card number is not valid there are nothing related to that in woocommerce square you have to check the exact string not the one that have nothing to do with that. IF you check my screenshot and check them in the woocommerce square through loco translate you see nothing over there so try to check it again and then see and let me know .

See screenshot no string matching the one i added as a error in the previous messages
    https://prnt.sc/K71JdzX1fw5X

Also if you see the exact error and compare it with the string there is nothing there so you need to first check instead of adding anything here quickly i request because you next reply took 2 days and its wasting my time if you do not get the good answer so i appreciate if you gave the good answer in your next reply after check all the string i added instead of typing quickly

    Hello @rahul01254,

Sorry for the late reply, there was some disruption across all Square services over the past two days, which prevented us from testing this properly.

As I mentioned previously, these strings should be available for translation in LocoTranslate. I’m not sure why they appear differently on your site, but on a fresh installation of WooCommerce and Square, I was able to translate them.

Please review the following screencast. I used the wrong CVV as an example, but I also tested the wrong expiry date and postal code, and they all worked as expected: https://d.pr/v/NgDrw2

In order for us to investigate this further, kindly attach a copy of your site’s System Status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please paste it here in your reply or via a text-sharing service like https://gist.github.com/.

Look forward to hearing back from you.
