Translating The values in Customer front end

  • Dears I have a website with 2 languages and I am using both languages for this plugin I am just trying to translate the front end values for the ticket below screenshot

    Main language: Arabic
    2nd Language: English
    Multi language plugin: WPML

    These values stays the same no matter what language you choose I tried loco translate and WPML strings translation but I didn’t find these values to translate where can I translate it?
