Translating Theme Customizer settings

First, thanks for the great plugin!

I know currently we can register strings to be translated with pll_register_string(). It would be nice if Polylang can also intercept settings registered using the Theme Customization API, preferably allowing translations to be entered on the same screen (in Appearance > Customize).
