• Today, I added this plugin to one of my websites and I was surprised that it was translated into Dutch. Sadly, the Dutch & Dutch (Belgium) translation doesn’t use the translate.wp.org glossary and it uses a lot of different terms compared to what we use for all other plugins.
Can in a future version, the translation go via translate.wp.org so we can maintain it and keep it up-to-date?

    Hi @nekojonez!

The problem with translate.wp.org is that it automatically creates language files based on the strings they find in a plugin, and they don’t use the files given by the developer. Our real translation is much bigger, for example in the Pro version we have more text, and we don’t use different language files for the Free and Pro version. So currently the only way translating Smart Slider is this:
    https://smartslider.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1938-translation#translation
and until we are not able to upload our own language files to translate.wp.org, we can’t really change it.
