    This is a good idea.

    First you should add a substantial number of translations; later i can issue a request to make you a PTE (Project Translation Editor) for my plugin in your language(s). They (th wp bosses) will check if your translations are good enough.
    When they make you a PTE, you can validate your translations, so they are no longer ‘waiting’.

    Only add translations for Development, so on this page:
    https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/wp-photo-album-plus/
    click on Develoment / Italian, where it currently reads 58%.
    The page to translate opens and you can add translations.
    The release version will automatically be constructed from the Development version.

    Pl tell me when you have done say 100 or so.

    I will do likewise for your plugin in the Dutch language
