I use LOCO translation, it managed to translate only 1% of the add-on.
    What to do?

I could not translate the following sentences:

    NO Thanks Remind later

    never

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I don’t understand the issue, could you clarify how you translated those text and what issue you encountered that make those can’t be translated?

Do you mean you can’t find these text in Loco Translate?

    Best regards.

    Hi,

I have the same issue. I found thoose texts in Loco Translate and translated to my language. But thoose placeholder texts (please enter your…) remained english. Also spin to win text remained spin to win and not the text added in options.

Tried to empty cache refresh siete but just nothing happens.

That’s ok now thank you! What still remained untranslateable is “Spin to win!” title. There is no option for change it (at least I did not found anywhere) and no string in the language template.

I tried to rewrite it directly in includes/data.php (the only file contains that string) before updating the plugin but nothing chaged.

Gosh… it’s still there. ?? I didn’t see it as the heading was white and I didn’t used the html view of the WYSWYG editor. I was seeking it everywhere ??

    Thank you!

Thanks, I tried to update with Loco and indeed in Loco I see the translation. But from the user’s side the things still appear in English and are not translated

    Hi @yehudit11

I meant we updated our plugin WooCommerce Lucky Wheel. We fixed the issue. You may update our plugin to the latest version and test again.

I understand that, but even after the update the words are not translated on the user side. On the back side I see that it has been translated, but again the problem is on the user side where the words are still in English.
