  • Hi there David,

Thanks for posting. Generally speaking, the translated text will need to be manually set as the field name in MailChimp, because the field name and label displayed in the plugin will mirror what it set within MailChimp itself.

Here are a couple guides from the MailChimp Knowledge Base I believe will be helpful for moving forward:
    – Manage List and Signup Form Fields: https://eepurl.com/gOHW
    – Translate Signup Forms and Emails: https://eepurl.com/g0BQ

Additionally, I recently posted a way to remove the field label and have it appear within the text field itself, which may provide more insight into how the field label can be customized in the plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/display-text-in-input-field-and-select-all-on-click?replies=4#post-6317378

Let me know if you need any additional assistance or have any further questions!

    -Kath

    HI Kath/David,

I have a similar problem. I edited file .po of my language, then I change txt success message. But nothing changes

    #: mailchimp_includes.php:75
msgid “Success, you’ve been signed up! Please look for our confirmation email!”
msgstr ” Ok, sei stato/a registrato/a! Per favore controlla la nostra email di conferma!”

    #: mailchimp_includes.php:75
msgid “Success, you’ve been signed up! Please look for our confirmation email!”
msgstr ” Grazie mille. Ti ho scritto una mail”
