I was having the same issue. I’m guessing your WordPress language settings are set to something other than English US or GB. Mine is set to English Australian.
Solution, either change your sites language settings to en-US or GB or do what I did which was in the plugins languages folder, copy the two en_US files to another directory and then rename them changing out the US for AU (or whatever your language code is). Then upload them to the plugins languages directory on your server.
I normally don’t recommend messing with the plugin files so follow the above at your own risk but hey, it worked for me ??
