    Glad to help. There are two possible ways to translate those strings:

    1) You can use a translation plugin such as Loco Translate to translate the entire plugin

    2) Or you can set up the custom form, and then make any desired changes to labels, placeholders, etc. You can find the steps to custom form on the plugin’s Installation page (under the section, “Custom Submission Form”).
