You’ll want to enter translations for the “Stable (latest release).” So for example if you wanted to enter Spanish, you’d go here: https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/wp-strava/stable/es/default/

If something isn’t clear, you can ask me here and I’ll clarify and fix. Once the translation is up to 95% it will automatically get included/downloaded.
