Translation and WPML compatibility

  • Hello,

    I know this plugin hasn’t been translated yet, but I have WPML installed on my WooCommerce, that should be take care of it.
    However, I can’t translate the strings as I do for the other plugins, so I was wondering if this is compatible with WPML.

    The string I want to translated is:
    “Thank you for shopping with us. However, the transaction has been declined.”

    Could you please advise?

    Hello, is this been fixed? Is there a guide to translate with WPML?
    I need to translate some string from Italian to english like
    “Carte di pagamento”
    “Puoi pagare in modo sicuro con carte di credito e debito o con sistemi di pagamento innovativi grazie al servizio offerto da Nexi.”

    Good morning,
    the problem has been solved. The module automatically sets the Italian or English language by checking the site’s language.There were some strings that had not been translated into English.

    Hello i continue this topic because i’m not able to change string text:
    “Puoi pagare in modo sicuro con carte di credito e debito o con sistemi di pagamento innovativi grazie al servizio offerto da Nexi.”

    This string in WPML is not found.
    What i have to do?

    On my website, I can find it under the domain “woocommerce-gateway-nexi-xpay”.

    If you use WPML, I think you can try and search for “Pay securely by credit and debit card or alternative payment methods through Nexi.”
