Translation doesn’t work

  • Hello,

    one issue: I finished the setup and everything looked great. I also added the translation for the “Success & Error Messages” in my language.

    However! When I use GDPR Message (before I left it blank, now I want to get the agreement of the GDPR), and when I do not check this field an error message “Please check this box when you want to proceed” pops up. But I did the setup for my language (German) and this is still english. Could you please have a look at it?
    My website is still offline, want to finish everything first.
    One more thing: How can I make that there is a direct link to the GDPR? The checkbox says in german (I agree to the GDPR) and now I want that GDPR is a link to my GDPR.

    Please check this box ... is a message that comes from the browser itself, since it’s set as a required field. The language in which it is shown depends on the language of the browser which it is set to.

    As for the message shown aside of the checkbox, you can change that via Settings -> Contact Form section. You’ll see the GDPR Message option there. It supports HTML so you can add links with anchor tags as: <a href="LINK">TEXT</a>. For example, you can add like: See our <a href="https://example.com">privacy policy</a> to learn more about how we use your data.
