    Hi,

I have installed the free version of your plugin in a WordPress & Woocommerce website in french.

The settings are greatly translated in french, but some elements like the “Add tracking” popup and the “Tracking information” in the user command details are not translated.

However, the translations seem to be done, I check it with Loco Translate, but I don’t understand why they’re not displayed.

You can see screenshots here :

Can you explain me what can I do to resolve this problem please?

    Thanks!

    Hi @besky,

Regarding the translation issue with the “Add tracking” popup, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Rest assured, we’ll address this in the upcoming version of the plugin.

As for the “Tracking Information” text in the user command details, it’s derived from the settings. You can easily set it to French by following these steps:

    1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings.
    2. Open the “Order Statuses & Notifications” panel and click on the settings icon.
    3. In the customizer, navigate to the “Tracking Widget” panel.
    4. Here, you can set the “Tracking Information” text to French.

For more detailed instructions, please refer to our documentation: Customize Email Notifications.

    Best regards,
    Gaurav

    Hi @gaurav1092,

    Thanks for your answer!

I hadn’t seen that there was a cogwheel to access text customization.

Sorry and have a good day!
