Translation doesn't work even though following guide

Hi! Thx for a great plugin!
Only problem I have is translating it to Swedish. I have followed your guide and I did exactly what was written in it. I translated the .po file and renamed it to appoinzilla-sv_SE.po and same with the .mo file. Then I opened the wp-config.php file and added define(‘WPLANG’, ‘sv_SE’);. It wasn’t there to begin with so I added it.
My wordpress installation was in Swedish from the start. What am I doing wrong? I don’t see any change in my site.
