  • Hey,
I’ve done several tests now with the latest WPML. I deactivated our plugin to make sure it was not interfering in any way. This is just using WPML and Woocommerce and WooCommerce Multilingual extension.

The Heading and Subject which are a woocommerce string translated for me if I purchasing a real order from the site. But only for the first email that gets sent out.

I could not resend the email from the admin unless I also change the admin to the language that the customer was using.
Again, this has nothing to do with our plugin it wasn’t even installed in this test site. Along with that if you mark an order as complete and you are not using the language the customer used the heading will not translate for the “completed order” email.

I had to go to my profile in WordPress, set my language to the language of the customer’s order and then mark the order as completed or resend for the emails heading and subject to be correctly translated.

So again to be clear all this done without our plugin installed. I suggest you make the same tests and then you can go to WPML and ask their support for help with this issue.

    Ben
