Translation email subject

    Hello,

    I have to translate email subjects in another language but it does not work using WPML (as it is working for other Woocommerce emails). It takes only email subject in english even when the order is placed from another language.

    Is there another way to translate email subject?

    1. Currently, we do not support integration with WPML. However, I want to assure you that we are actively working on developing this feature.

    I have updated plugin with latest version 3.2.1 which supports WPML but email subject does not still translate with the right language.

    String is well translated in WPML plugin but the subject is still in english when email is sent.

    WPML integration is checked in ParcelPanel > Integrations, and tracking page is well translated now.

    Is there something to do to have the right translations for email subjects?

    Hello,
    Do you want to translate the subject of shipping emails to French only? Or would you like to make it multilingual?

    If you only want to translate the subject of shipping emails to French, you can go to WooCommerce Settings → Emails → Find the ParcelPanel email you want to change → Manage → Find the Subject and translate it.

    If you want to make it multilingual and send emails to users in different countries in their respective native languages. This is currently under development and we don’t support it yet.
