Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called?incorrectly. Translation loading for the?pods?domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the?init?action or later. Please see?Debugging in WordPress?for more information. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in ***/wp-includes/functions.php?on line?6114

    Any idea how to fix?

  • Found a reference to this issue in the changelog for version 3.2.8 saying

Fixed: Move load_plugin_textdomain usage into init and make it optional with the constant PODS_LOAD_TEXTDOMAIN set to true. It is no longer needed for www.ads-software.com plugins but may be needed in the future for testing. (@sc0ttkclark)

I tried setting PODS_LOAD_TEXTDOMAIN to FALSE in my WP_CONFIG but that didn’t help.

Please share any solution you might find.

The notice should have been resolved in 3.2.8

The team has been notified that this may not be the case and is re-checking for any needed revisions.

In the meantime, the message does not effect functionality — it is a notice meant for developers to prepare for changes arriving in the future.

If the notice is displaying within the site instead of PHP error logs, then either WP_DEBUG should be set to false in wp-config.php or display of errors should be turned off in production so that notices go to developer logs instead of site content.
