    Hi

I have translated this wpgive form by wpml, and now there are 3 versions of it (English /original/, arabic and spanish). but the number of donations/doners is different (1 in arabic and 0 in english and spanish)

it seems like every form is independent from the other one.. any solution for this please? I need these forms to have same data –donors and donations and act like one translated form

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi, @hasanshofan.

I’m glad you reached out. I can certainly help you.

The GiveWP plugin was designed in a way that we can have multiple translations for the same form using WPML, however, we do not have a way to keep them using the same ID to use the same received amount.

I’ve added you as a voter for this feature here https://feedback.givewp.com/feature-requests/p/sync-forms-data-between-wpml-translations.

We are actively tracking user feedback to understand further the needs you all have. You can use the link to check in for updates or to provide additional details of your own. I would encourage you to comment on that post about the impact this would have on your organization. Information like that is always helpful for our teams to see. I’ve also linked your ticket internally, so if this feature request is developed, we can reach back out to update you.

Give the post above a look, and let me know if there are any additional details you would like for me to add. I want to ensure your need is as accurately reflected as possible, and I’m happy to include an internal note to our teams with any specific information you would like them to have.

    Now, a possible workaround!

What you can do is disable the goal and the amount raised for both forms, and then, you embed the forms into pages using their shortcode and then use the multi-form goal shortcode/block to display the goal that will be the same for them. It might sound confusing, but here is a video that explains it and gives you a tutorial about how to do it: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/c0fO2uVztS8

The password for the video is: multi-form

Feel free to reach out to us if you have any further inquiries or require additional assistance. We’re always happy to help!
