Translation Help

Hello

We are running shop on German and 95% of the website is correctly translated but there are still some parts that are left untranslated.
I know how to handle po files but somehow cannot find the location of several untranslated parts.
I would be so grateful if someone could point out where i can find those.

1. On My Account page, when resetting the password, “Password reset email has been sent” and the sentence below.
2. Again My account page, Dashboard is untranslated and welcome message: ” Hello (username) and the sentence after it.
