Translation homepage not working

    The plugin works for most part, but when I try to go to the second language homepage it gives me a ‘too many redirects’ error. I have already tried the following:

    Disable all other plugins
    Changed permalinks
    Changed htaccess

    All pages work but the homepage. What could this be?

    You already tried most solutions from there so I suggest you to make sure that you don’t have incorrect URL in WordPress Address URL or Site Address URL settings.

    I think you already did that, but is best to ask just to make sure.

    Hi Christian,

    Thanks for your reply. I took al look at that webpage already but no solution works. Tried everything so far, even changed the slug but it won’t show. Other pages besides the homepage are fine. I also tried the twentytwenty theme without plugins so I’m out of ideas ??

    Hi Koen,

    There isn’t much lef that you can try.

    In case you have Automatic User Language Detection Add-on you can try dezactivating it and see if it works. You should also check your logs to see if you can find the problem there.
