    Hi there,

we’ve been having some issues regarding the translation of some parts of our website such as the shop and the product page:

    https://ibb.co/VYhPwKH
    https://ibb.co/5s045Mq

I have already tried plenty of plugins such as SayWhat? and Loco Translate but with no success at all. Obviosuly Woocommerce’s language has been set to Italian already.

I’m not linking the website as we can’t make it public just yet.

Can someone help us please? Thank you in advance.

    Hello @formazionecesal ??

    Thanks for reaching out!

In your first screenshot, I see that the upload button and help text (Browse … | No file selected.) are not translated. Kindly note that this part comes directly from the browser. It appears that your browser is using English instead of Italian. By default, WooCommerce Blocks also does not have an upload field. This field must have been added by another plugin.

In your second screenshot, I see that the order options and the Select button are not translated. I tried to reproduce this case on my end, but I do see translations both for the order options and the Select button, see https://d.pr/i/DcGn4e.

    Here’s what I did:

    1. I went to /wp-admin/options-general.php to change the site language from English to Italian.
    2. I went to /wp-admin/update-core.php to fetch the Italian translations for the plugins.

To investigate why you’re not seeing the translations, could you deactivate all plugins on your end and repeat the two steps I mentioned before?

    Hello,

I did like you said, there’s still issues. I have also noticed that both the check-out and payment page is half in italian, half in english. It’s getting really frustrating at this point…I hope you’ll be able to help me.

    Hi there @formazionecesal

From what I gather, the goal is to have the site fully translated in Italian, but the issue is not necessarily related with the “WooCommerce Blocks” plugin.

Kindly note that the blocks included with the plugin are to be expressly added on pages, and are listed on this page: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-gutenberg-products-block/

Just to clarify, are any WooCommerce Blocks added on the pages with the incomplete translations, or otherwise? If yes, which ones specifically, so we can further check.

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

You can paste the Gist link here in your reply, once you have that.

Looking forward to your response, thank you. ??</img>

    Hi @formazionecesal

Thanks for sharing the System Status Report above.

I would like to check your site, however, I am seeing that is still in the Coming Soon stage, correct?

If you could please publish it privately so that we could investigate your issue further?

    Thanks!
