Translation missing

For whatever reason, althought the string: “Participate in this conversation via email” is translated into German (when I look at the Postmatic-de_DE.po: “Per E-Mail an der Konversation beteiligen”), it is still presented in English below the comment form.

Any hints or explanations, what could be the reason?
