translation name

    Hey there legarsfred,

    Hope you’re well today!

    That is the correct extension for French translation file. .po and .mo files should be stored either in the languages that you mentioned above or in /wp-content/languages/.

    In order for this to work make sure to select the same language in Settings -> General in your admin.

    I did find somewhere else that the name is mp-fr_FR.po (and not markeplace-fr_FR).
    It’s working fine on my side by now.
