[translation] Norwegian s2member frontend

Dear all, a little something in return to the community from me. I could not find a Norwegian translation of s2member and decided to to it myself.
So why not share? I have done most of the frontend stuff, and you can download the necessary files from here:

Just unzip the files and upload both the .po and .mo to /wp-content/plugins/s2member/includes/translations in your wordpress installation.
You may also need to change the language of your core WordPress installation for the changes to take effect.
