translation not possible on pre existing page?

    I have pages that were created before installing Qtranslate X. It does show me the two languages I’m using but if I change something in one language it changes the other as well.
    Same thing for the homepage in the menu builder that I can’t rename in french without it changing it in english as well.

    However the translation works fine on the new pages I’m adding since I installed the plugin.
    Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I put a lot of efforts in those pre existing page and re doing it is a huge pain.
    Any help is welcome.

    It seems that it’s nor only on pre existing page.
    I tried on new page and it’s not working either.
    It does work in my projects and in the blog but not in the pages and menu. Any help?
