Translation not working

  • Hello again, I am finally back to upgrade our e-shop and use this plugin. And I have encountered an issue – although I see that the plugin is translated fully to Czech language (well I took care of it and get it approved), it still is displayed in English, even though WordPress and WooCommerce are in Czech.

    Do you have any idea, what is wrong? Is translation to some other language working for you or someone else?

    Hi @mvek, I’ll check it out and see what is going on. The translated strings should be shown but there might be something that is blocking that.

    Hi Igor, well still no luck. I have tried not only on my local copy in XAMPP server, but also on the “prod” and I still have it in English only.
    I will try to do a workaround now and generate po file from your pot with Poedit and translate it locally (maybe I will anyway want to have some string translated more with context of our website and not in an universal way). I hope that will work.

    I have tried even manually putting raise-prices-with-sales-for-woocommerce-cs_CZ.mo and raise-prices-with-sales-for-woocommerce-cs_CZ.po to the wp-content/languages/plugins and no luck.

    I have checked and you have only empty rps_wc.pot in your raise-prices-with-sales-for-woocommerce/languages/ folder. So maybe that is also the issue. But I have tried to replace it with the .po file generated from www.ads-software.com translation and renaming it to .pot and still no luck.

    Can you please take a look on this? I accept even a workaround, but we would really like to start our new strategy for our Czech e-books with this increase price model, so I need to find a way to have it in Czech. I think that if it works and we manage to start, we will gladly pay for the PRO version soon.
