Translation of autoresponse mail

  • Hello, is there any way the autoresponse mail can be translated for the sender?

    I mean, if a sender uses the website in english, he should also get an english autoresponse mail back after the contact request and if e.g. a user uses the website in german, a german autoreponse message should be sent.

    Is this somehow possible without using two different forms?
