Translation of Freshness Display

    Hi,

    I’ve added the translations in the “Freshness Display” buttons but it doesn’t make any changes in the front end. And it’s still showing in English.

    I’ve also unchecked the box for “Topic Author name” but that is still showing in the fron-end.

    Do you know if I’m doing something wrong or am missing some setting?

    I’ve tried clearing cach (also browser cache) but still no changes.

    Besides these issues your plugin is working great. You should make a paid pro-version of it!

    Yes – I can do that.

    None of the translation fields you’ve listed in Freshness Display works for me. I’ve translated all of those. I.e.

    Week = Uke
    Weeks = Uker
    Day = Dag
    Days = Dager
    Hour = Time
    Hours = Timer

    Etc

    It’s in your tab for “Freshness Display”.

    The following text is written about all the translation fields:

    “In bbpress 2.6.x the date freshness format has changed.
    If your translation has not been updated this will still display in English
    You can enter your language translations here”

    ahhh, sorry I wrote that a while ago, and that sections only shows on non English sites, so I forgotten I had done this as my test site is English !

    I’ve just put my site into Norwegian and it seems to work.

    do you have

    ‘Activate Freshness Display’ checked ?

    I had a feeling it was a small setting I had missed. Checked the “Activate Freshness Display” box now – and now it works perfectly.
