Translation of message after subscription

Hello,
I noted that, after a subscriber join the newsletter in the sidebar widget, will appear the following message:

“Your subscription was successful! Kindly check your mailbox and confirm your subscription. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check the spam/junk folder.”

How I can translate it? I didn’t found a way in the plugin settings.
