    Hi!

In the cart the “– OR –” before the Amazon Pay Button is hard coded.

I tried several ways to change these into “– oder direkt bezahlen –” but I failed.

If I try to put line 286 – 298 in class-wc-gateway-amazon-payments-advanced.php into the functions.php of the child theme I get a fatal error, so I had to change “public function” into “function”, but then there doesn’t happen anything.

The other way would be (I guess) to copy class-wc-gateway-amazon-payments-advanced.php into /wp-content/themes/child theme/, but I didn’t find out where.
    A folder /woocommerce-gateway-amazon-payments-advanced/ or /woocommerce-gateway-amazon-payments-advanced/includes/ or whereelse?
Anyway this way the whole file would not be updated in the future…

At the moment I overwrote the hard coded “– OR –” in the original file (and made a notice to change it again after an update^^).

    Any ideas?
    Thanks and regards
    Laser

    Hey @laser1ulm ,

    Hope you are doing well!

you can check how to translate string with this link: https://wedevs.com/es/blog/95777/translating-wordpress-plugins

Move both .po file and .mo files to languages folder in your plugin (e.g: /plugin-name/languages/) directory. You can keep these files in the following directory as well (/wp-content/languages/plugins/).

Let me know if that helps.

    Best,
    Christian

    Hi @christian1983!

    Thank you.
I don’t know why I thougt, this would be hard coded.
And never got the idea to translate – tbh until now I also had no idea how to do that. And didn’t made it with poedit…

But finally I made it with loco! Crazy^^
(Without installing another plugin in the working system. I translated in the test system and copied the files^^)

    Many thanks and best regards
    Jochen
