Translation of site description on hero

    I recently installed Polylang and made my blog multilingual. All is fine except for the site description and header button. While I translated these under String translations in Polylang, these translations are not reflected on the homepage and only one language is shown.
    Is this supposed to work like this and should I add custom code or something else is going on?

    The translation for the site description is displayed on my end. For the button, you should first add the translation for the default language and then the corresponding translation in other languages.

    You can also apply the translation with String Translations.
