Translation of Start Home Page

  • Hi there,

    maybe I’m just dumb but is there a way to translate the sections Main Home Page?
    See, my problem is that my home page is mainly in German but now it should get an English translation and all the buttons set on the Main Page should lead to the English translation as German ones lead to the German version. But I do not found a possibility to translate the content, buttons etc. of the sections.

    By the way, I’m using the Polylang plug-in for the translations.

    Can anyone help me?

    I suspect a problem with the plugin because all text strings have been set up for translation. Perhaps because they are options in Customizer, and the plugin can’t access them?

    Hi,

    thank you for you quick response.
    I suppose this might be the answer.
    Could you please advise me a plug-in where the translation works? Otheriwse I will try out several other plug-ins than Polylang until I find my luck.
