Just wondering if this plugin is translation-ready?
I need strings such as “I agree to my personal data being stored and used as per Privacy Policy” translated on my website (I am using WPML). ??

Further to last, are you able to please add this to strings with your next update? That way it can translated if needed ??

    line 1404:
‘privacy_policy_optin_text’ => __(‘I agree to my personal data being stored and used as per Privacy Policy’, ‘super-socializer’),

Also, is it possible to have this opt-in displayed underneath the social icons and not before? It looks really out of place sitting above the icons

    Hi,

Just bumping my first request – could that string regarding privacy policy be made translation-ready?
I though I had the solution, however on second look, the translations don’t seem to be appearing on the website, only the English version appears…

Any ideas on how to translate that string?

    Hi Elektra,

For now you have to save translated text directly in the option at plugin options page. Will take care of this in upcoming release.

Hi, I’m also worried with this important issue !!!

I need !- ALL -! front-end strings to be translatable (of which “login with your SN”…). This is crucial to make any website professional. How can I offer a site with French words to English users for example ?!

Please ad this to your TOP priorities. Once it’s done it can’t be broken, and it’s a clear win for thousands of websites.
    > @ this ticket https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/untranslateable-text-login-with-your-social-id-using-wpml/ , already 10 month ago, was an example fix but I don’t know what it’s worth. Simply go to the WPML website and they give clear instructions. Just google it.

Waiting to read you very soon.
    Best regards.

@tdechangy Will take care of it in upcoming releases. Can’t do anything about it at the moment.

Good, but you already said this previously (see related post above) and nothing is coming up. Can you please set it as TOP-Priority and give an estimated delivery time please.
This is far too important to let it wait as is!

Waiting for your involved delivery estimate.
    Best regards.

I agree – very important for it to be translatable.

    Cheers.

Since updated version, my string translation doesn’t appear to be translating anymore.
I previously had this in super-socializer.php:

    line 1404:
‘privacy_policy_optin_text’ => __(‘I agree to my personal data being stored and used as per Privacy Policy’, ‘super-socializer’),

    It is no longer working…
Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

    Thanks. ??

@elektra3 If you made any changes in the plugin, you need to redo that every time you update the plugin. Will keep you people posted about the update related to translation.

    Hi Heateor,

I have updated those changes, but they are no longer registering as it seems…

Once you click the “Save changes” button at plugin options page in admin, it picks the text from database that you have specified in the GDPR section.
