Let me give you feedback.

I translated the strings into Portuguese via translate.www.ads-software.com, but they are not loaded.

I also generated a translation file manually and they were not loaded.

The plugin is very simple, I ended up translating directly into the plugin, in the variables $click_to_copy_str and $copied_str

I want to ask him two questions.
1. Did you set the Portuguese language in backend general setting?
2. What is the file name of the language file? File name is important.

We tested multilingual function before released next version.
Test was successful.
