    Hello! There is no way to translate phrases into certificates using the Loco Translate:

    You do not have a certificate yet.
    Get started easy, select a course here, pass it and get your first certificate

  • Hi @antinopol,
    To change static strings you can try to use the Loco Translate plugin -> https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/loco-translate/
    Please follow this manual to use this plugin -> https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-theme-documentation/translation-basics
    Feel free to contact us in case of any other questions

    I wrote that I am using the Loco Translate plugin, but it does not have these strings for translation!

    The Certificates add-on is part of the LMS Pro plugin by default. So, all the certificate-related static strings will be in the LMS Pro plugin directly.

    The LMS PRO plugin is missing these strings for translation.

    The translation file is synchronized with the template.

    Please make sure that you are using the latest plugin version. If this will not help you, try to delete the LMS PRO plugin pot file and re-create it. Make sure that you store it under the System option. Then go to the .po file and hit the Sync button.

    Try and let us know how it goes for you.

    I performed the described actions, but it did not help to solve the problem, but I found the reason.

    Translation issue due to incorrect source code in the file “../plugins/masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system/stm-lms-templates/account/private/parts/certificate-list.php”

    The file is in the plugin “masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system”, but the source code for translation uses the plugin “masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system-pro” because of this the POT translation template file does not see these strings.

    <? php else:?>

        <h2 class = "stm-lms-account-title">
            <? php esc_html_e ('My certificates', 'masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system'); ?>
        </h2>

        <div class = "multiseparator"> </div>

        <h4 class = "no-certificates-notice"> <? php esc_html_e ('You do not have a certificate yet.', 'masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system-pro')?> </h4>
        <h4 class = "no-certificates-notice"> <? php esc_html_e ('Get started easy, select a course here, pass it and get your first certificate', 'masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system-pro') ?> </h4>

    <? php endif; ?>

    Moreover, there are many such lines with an incorrectly specified plugin. And after removing the “-pro” – in the POT template, the strings are defined after synchronization and can be translated in the masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system plugin.

    <? php else:?>

        <h2 class = "stm-lms-account-title">
            <? php esc_html_e ('My certificates', 'masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system'); ?>
        </h2>

        <div class = "multiseparator"> </div>

        <h4 class = "no-certificates-notice"> <? php esc_html_e ('You do not have a certificate yet.', 'masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system')?> </h4>
        <h4 class = "no-certificates-notice"> <? php esc_html_e ('Get started easy, select a course here, pass it and get your first certificate', 'masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system')?> </h4>

    <? php endif; ?>

    @antinopol

    Have you tried to translate them under the LMS plugin, not PRO?
    Is it’s working for you?

    Hello.

    I showed you an error in a similar code due to which it is impossible to translate these lines! Show it to the developers and let them fix it in the next version of the plugin.

    Due to the incorrect description of these lines in the source code, they cannot be reseeded by the Loco plugin both in the LMS plugin and in the LMS PRO plugin.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the provided feedback, we really appreciate it! We have moved your previously provided code sample to our developers’ department. The core scripts of the LMS and LMS Pro plugins will be reviewed from our devs’ end once again and include needed fixes if needed in the future updates
