    Hello,

in tour.teipat.gr/new I use the free version of enigma 1.0 theme

I have created the el_GR.mo and el_GR.po files and placed them in wp-content\themes\enigma\core\lang directory.

    I added the line
    define (‘WPLANG’, ‘el_GR’);
    in wp_config file

    I cleared caches.

Unfortunately translation to greek does not work.

    Can you help me please?

I forgot to mention that I created the two files with poedit tool.

    What do you mean
    “Change them wp_config.php file.”

    I added the line
    define (‘WPLANG’, ‘el_GR’)

I think I have done everything you proposed but it’s not working.

It doesn’t work for me either. ??

I fix my problem. It turns out now in WP4.0 you need to set language in db. Which you have to go to wp control panel -> setting-> general-> site language.

    thanks

the wp control panel -> setting-> general-> site language
    didn’t work for me

do you use apache or IIS

    Have you comment out

    define (‘WPLANG’, ”)

By the way, when you use poedit to generate PO file, make sure you choose the right lauguage in the PO header. It is is poedit property tab to set it.
