Translation of validation messages has no effect

    Hello,

    I plan to run the plug-in on a non-English webpage and noticed that the translation of the validation messages seems to have no effect, i.e. the original messages appear instead, see screenshot.

    Any idea what could be the reason?

  • Hi @boomkaboomka,

    Actually what is happening is, the individual field required message is overwriting the global validation message.
    Few updates back, we introduced a new feature where you can set different required messages for different fields. This is causing the problem in your case.

    To solve this you need to go into your form builder and click on the field whose required message you want to change and then change it to whatever you want to display. For example see this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/u6lodp
