Translation only working on homepage

I have had Translatepress installed and working great for a few months, but today I have a issue where only the homepage has a translation.
If I use the translation flag icons on any other page, the link does not include the /es/ part for spanish translation, and it just loads the default english page.
I have tried disabling ALL plugins and used the twenty twenty one and the issue is still there. Any help would be much appreciated.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks for reaching out about your issue.
Unfortunately, we don’t support having index.php as part of the pretty permalinks. Those are called “almost pretty permalinks” and we have no support for them: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/using-permalinks/#pathinfo-almost-pretty
If possible, try to enable full pretty permalinks and try again.

You can try to resave them from WP Dashboard –> Settings –> Permalinks.Please note, we don’t have plans of supporting this in the future.
