Translation problem for a subscription in the payment page of my site

  • Hi,

    I’m having a problem with the translation of one of my strings when there’s a subscription on the payment page. To be more precise, I had a translation issue on the “First Renewal” text in my WooCommerce Subscritpions plugin and I like to have it translated into French, so “Premier renouvellement” (https://ibb.co/SfRnXBG) . I’ve already contacted my theme and WooCommerce Subscriptions about this problem and they told me to contact you.

    Here are some tests I’ve done:

    • I synchronized my Loco Translate files and it didn’t change anything,
    • I cleared the cache from the WP Rocket plugin but I couldn’t get it to work for me using the other themes,
    • I uninstall and reinstall the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin to reset the .pot files.

    I use the Loco Translate plugin in version 2.6.4 by Tim Whitlock.

    The Kadence theme support said me this, so I add to my ticket if it could be help:

    “I would recommend that you wait to hear from Loco Translate. It looks like everything should work, but the string still doesn’t get translated for some reason. There may be a conflict between LocoTranslate and the subscriptions plugin, or there may be a problem somewhere in the theme. If LocoTranslate can help locate it, we could adjust the code on our theme if the problem exists.
    Please, let us know if you need more support.”
