• Hi, thanks for the great plugin!

I already know that the translation seems to be an issue here. But I can’t find a solution unfortunately.

I have Loco Translate installed and no other translation plugins. I use German language for my website, and some strings simply stay in English, no matter what I try.

I already checked translations in WooCommerce and your plugin. Everything seems right. Still, these strings won’t translate into German in the Mail Customizer (and even when I do real purchases in the store):

Order Details, Order number, Order date, Product, Price, Quantity, Order Note, Billing address, Shipping address

    Do you have an idea?

I already switched of all plugins and changed the theme back to the default Twentytwenty theme. Nothing!

    Looking forward to your reply.

  • Hey,
I’m not sure if you are the same as someone who just emailed me or someone else, but here is what they wrote as a fix for them and I think it sounds similar:

There is a difference between the installed “Deutsch” and the “Deutsch (Sie)” translation. Its because WooCommerce differs between the formals Du/Sie. I installed the transation for “Deutsch (Sie)” manually in Loco Translate for your plugin(Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer).

That worked for them, let me know if it works for you,

    Ben

Hello! It seems that I have the same question, but regarding just the translation of “ORDER NOTE” in the e-mail. I use your, by the way, GREAT plugin in Portuguese WP. I don’t know if I’m missing something in configuration, but I can’t find the option to translate that. I even opened the .PO file in Poedit to search for that string, its there and it’s in Portuguese. But in my e-mails it always show (just it) in English.

Here is the print screen from the Poedit pt-BR file: https://pasteboard.co/JgDsoo8.png
Here is the print screen from the order e-mail: https://pasteboard.co/JgDtkAZ.png

I would really appreciate any insights.
    Regards

Have you tried resyncing your language files in the loco translate settings?
