Translation strings missing

Hi! I am having trouble translating WP Maintenance mode to Finnish. It wasn’t a default option in Loco Translate so I created a new language, but it only gives me 5 strings to translate (none of which are the ones actually showing on the page). I don’t need the whole plugin to be translated, only these three things that are visible to the public:

Hello @priskautio,
You should try to make a copy of “English (United States)” translation file and change the language (of that copy) to Finnish.
After that you can translate the file as you need.Some screenshots:
