Translation to dutch

There are a lot of strings marked fuzzy in the current Dutch translation. Any string marked fuzzy is not included in the .mo file. There are quite a few untranslated strings as well.

WP-Members is now included in the WP translation project, so I will no longer be maintaining language files in the plugin download (although the ones that are there will stay as part of the download until the project language pack is at 100% for that language). The translate.www.ads-software.com language packs are not included though until they are at 100%.

Hi Chad, I tried to figure out if I could solve it but I am still running into questions. I opened the translation file with poedit and the english text is translated in the po file. But for some reason it is not read by wordpress.
I tried to upload the NL.mo and NL.po to wp-content/languages/plugins/ but that didn’t work. Then I tried to empty wp-content/languages/plugins/ completely ( I understood wordpress will lok at the included language files then) But that didn’t work either.
Is there a way, at this moment, to get the page to be translated the right way?

Do you mean by NL.mo the file wp-members-nl_NL.mo? I’d assume that you are shortening it for typing, but unfortunately not everyone knows that. So for starters, make sure the file is correctly named.

If you are updating the .po file in Poedit, make sure that if you are translating any strings that are marked “fuzzy” that you remove that specification. If they are marked fuzzy, they will NOT be included in the .mo.
