    Hi!
I’m trying to translate Salient theme, but I only have a ‘default.po’ file, not a POT file. I want to add a Spanish translation to this file but I’m not able to configure the plugin to generate the correct template.
I’ve read that I have to use the Bundle configuration tab, but I don’t understand how can I indicate within these options that I don’t have a template file, but a .po file.

    Thanks in advance!

default.po is probably intended by its author to be a POT template. It’s a common (but wrong) file naming convention.

Just enter the relative path to your default.po file in the Advanced Configuration Template File option field. This will tell Loco Translate to use this file as the template, which means you don’t need to generate one.

Advanced warning: just because the author provides a file, doesn’t mean it’s correct and up to date with the theme. If you run into any problems with it, please contact the theme developer.

Thanks Tim, I managed to do that and it worked perfectly.
Great plugin and better support ??
