Translation within plugin

  • Hi,
    can anybody help me with the following:

    – a plugin (not polylang) is called from the frontend trough admin_post_*() and admin_post_nopriv_*()
    – using inside that function of __() doesn’t work for some reason

    Any idea how to have it multi language at that point?

    N.B. The global $locale has the correct language and load_plugin_textdomain() is called as well.
