There’s two options:

1) Contribute to our German translation via www.ads-software.com’s Glotpress system: https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/give

Of course this option allows other users to benefit from your translation, but you’ll have to wait a bit until the translation is added to the plugin.

2) We have documentation on creating your own local translation file here: https://givewp.com/documentation/resources/translating-give/
