Translations and special characters

Hello,

I appreciate your plugin but there are a couple of things that were not working for me and I managed to fix it.
In particular:
– some of the translations were not loaded properly. Probably you didn’t notice since there is no other language then English, but I started to translate it to French… and would be happy to share the file
– special characters were wrongly translated into the HTML entities, ending in pretty ugly emails with plenty of “&xxxx;” text.

I think I managed to fix both issues and I can also provide the French translation… how should we proceed if you’re interested in my updates?
