• Good afternoon, I have translated the messages using the loco translate plugin but they still appear in English. I have cleared the cache.

    Any help?

Hello @tempocrea, Thank you for reaching out to us.

The translations should reflect once the site language is set to the same language in which you have added the translations via Loco Translate. Since you have already cleared the cache, I recommend double-checking the site language settings.

If the issue persists, please feel free to reach out to our team here: MultiVendorX Support Forum. They will be happy to assist you further.

Hello @tempocrea , Thank you for getting back and sharing the details. The issue you’re experiencing with translating custom text messages is due to a recent update in which we removed Loco Translate support for these texts.

We have removed translation support for these messages because they are stored in the database, and database-stored texts should not have a translation option via loco.

However, there’s no need to worry! You can still customize these texts according to your needs by navigating to the Settings section of our plugin (https://tinyurl.com/23uhdllj).

Let us know if you have any further questions—we’re happy to help!
