Translations: Misspellings, etc.

Hello,

I’ve recently translated the plugin for en_CA and wanted to provide feedback/issues that I came across with the core strings that will need to be updated.

1. Misspelling – Hightlight

Corrected – Calendar Highlight Color

2. Misspelling – Malacite

Corrected – Malachite

3. Misspelling – transfered

4. Misspelling – transfered (Second Instance)

5. Consistency – timezone w/ time zone
*technically they should be ‘time zone’ but mainly just want to be consistent, especially within one string.

7. Côte d’Ivoire
Might be a limitation with the view but does the html encoding needed here or can it just be C?te d’Ivoire or the english version is Ivory Coast.

9. Misspelling – Cancelled

In American English (base) should be Canceled, Cancelled is Canadian/Australian English.
