• Resolved Neven Jevti?

I am trying to translate a string in your plugin that says “You will be redirected to iDEAL.”

However, that string isn’t translated on the frontend and I don’t know why that is.

The language I’m trying to translate to is Dutch and I’m using Loco Translate as well as following all the instructions from the pinned post on translations.

Text is translated at 71%. Plugins are updated. I’d rather not post my website if possible.

  • Hi @nevenjevtic

    Thanks for reaching out!

If I understand you correctly, you are using Loco Translate to translate the text string You will be redirected to iDEAL on your site, however, it is not working as expected, right?

WooCommerce is already translated into a few languages and does come translation-ready out of the box. All that’s needed is a?translation file for your language.

There are several methods to create a translation, most of which are outlined in the WordPress Codex. Furthermore, you can learn more about that here: Translating WooCommerce

Meanwhile, since you are using a third-party plugin that we don’t provide support for based on our Support Policy, I recommend that you reach out to the developers of the plugin for further assistance. They will be better equipped to help you resolve any issues you’re experiencing with the plugin.

All the best and hopefully, the issue will be fixed soon.

That’s correct, @xue28. I am translating strings with Loco translate. I’ve located the string that’s translated in Loco, but not applied in the frontend as part of this Stripe plugin.

Please have a look at the selected areas below. Also, please note that I have a checkout plugin installed, but I’ve already checked for conflicts that are not present.

    Hi @nevenjevtic

I understand that you are using Loco Translate to translate text strings on your site, however, it is not working as expected.

As mentioned above, please post this issue to the proper forum thread: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/loco-translate/ since we don’t provide support for third-party plugins here.

I will be marking this thread as resolved since your issue would be best handled there.

    Thanks!
