Translations Not working for Rizzi Guestbook

I installed Loco to use on one plugin. You can see what needs to be translated here:
https://ariandtamar.com/%D7%A1%D7%A4%D7%A8-%D7%91%D7%A8%D7%9B%D7%95%D7%AA/I’ve been able to install the mo and po files for bbpress, and those translations are working fine. The site is set to Hebrew and besides this plugin, everything is working the way that it should. There is a pot file and mo and po files in the lang directory for the plugin. I even tried added WPLANG to my wp-config.php file (even though it’s not needed for wordpress 4.0). If you could help me out with this, that would be really appreciated.
